Unless otherwise specified, we direct the delivery of products on this website within Oman. We will suspend the delivery time guarantee during extreme weather conditions such as typhoons, heavy rain, etc. An incomplete shipping address might cause a delay in delivery! You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, we will attempt redelivery later in the day/the following day. If we are not able to deliver your order within the date(s) you have specified on your order, we shall notify you by email or phone to arrange another date for delivery. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is due to Acts of the Creator (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters.

CANCELLATIONS:

We give utmost care and attention to your order to ensure perfect delivery. In dealing with highly perishable products, if anything goes wrong and you raise a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our customer service staff are trained to respond to crises and can decide on an appropriate course of action for you on the spot. We regret that you may not cancel an order once your order is shipped. You have the right to cancel any payment if another person, not acting on your behalf or as your agent, has fraudulently used your credit or debit card. In such circumstances, we will re-credit you to the extent that the card issuer does not reimburse such sums.

 If the customers find anything wrong with the product, they can undoubtedly complain. Our customer service staff will look into the matter and provide the appropriate solution to resolve the issue. If the customer cancels the order 1 day before the delivery date, they are entitled to a full refund. We will verify any quality issues reported by the customer regarding the product. If we confirm the problem, we will either replace the product or provide the customer with a full reimbursement. We will provide compensation after consulting with the company management.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made onto the original payment mode and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.

The customer may request a refund a day before the delivery date. However, if we have already shipped the order, we can refund the paid amount minus the delivery charges and wrapping costs. We cannot refund the amount if the recipient has already received the product.

If you have any issues regarding the quality of the product, please raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Our quality control team will inspect the same and process the replacement if the complaint is genuine. The replacement is subject to inspection.

We do not accept complaints after 24 hours of delivery.
